WISCASSET – The deadline to submit applications for low-cost assistance for farm promotional materials from Coastal Enterprises Inc. is Nov. 11.

The Wiscasset-based organization offers free and low-cost graphic designs and promotional services to Maine farms, farmers markets and farm organizations under a program known as Maine Farms Project Image Building Concepts.
