INDIANAPOLIS, N.C. – Cecile L. Pomerleau, 88, of Indianapolis, Ind., departed this life Friday, Nov. 11.

She was born Jan. 3, 1917, in Lewiston, to Joseph and Leonora Hall, and spent the last 27 years of her life in Indianapolis.

She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and its senior citizens club, as well as the senior citizens club of St. Matthew Catholic Church.

She was also active for a number of years with Noble Industries Association.

She is survived by her daughters, Jeannine A. DeRoy and Suzanne V. Pomerleau; a son, Raymond L. (Noreen) Pomerleau; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, J. Armand Pomerleau, in 1981.
