MONMOUTH – Announcement is made of the engagement of Kara Marie Pushard and Joshua Brian Bubier, both of Monmouth.
Miss Pushard is the daughter of Tina Pushard of Monmouth and Kim Pushard of Pittston. She is a 2001 graduate of Monmouth Academy and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a third grade teacher at St. Albans Consolidated Elementary School.
Mr. Bubier is the son of Brian and Lisa Bubier of Monmouth. He is a 2001 graduate of Monmouth Academy and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a degree in forest operation science. He is employed as a forester at Washburn Forest Products in Dexter.
The evening wedding will be held on Sept. 23.
