Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Jan. 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Alycia M. Ginn, 25, Mexico, Penobscot County warrant for failure to pay fine on charge of operating after suspension, at 11:11 a.m. Nov. 10 on Waldo Street. She was released on $153 cash bail.

• Nathan Arsenault, 23, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 6:25 p.m. Nov. 9 on Kennebec Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Norman F. Pruell, 27, Lisbon Falls, two Brunswick warrants, 1:35 a.m. Nov. 9 on Route 108. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Desmond Bickford, 32, Lewiston, violation of conditions of release, 12:25 a.m. Nov. 8 on Lincoln Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Shirley Twidwell, 56, Rumford, domestic assault, 12:54 a.m. Nov. 6 on Franklin Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail and is to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Marcus E. Carter, 24, Bath, operating after suspension and operating with a suspended registration, 11 p.m. Nov. 5 on Pine Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Erwin Dolloff, 65, Rumford, probation violation, 6:40 p.m. Nov. 5 on Essex Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Nathan J. Hutchinson, 23, Rumford, domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime, 5:13 a.m. Nov. 4 on Somerset Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail, and is to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.

Accidents
Rumford

• A 1994 Mazda pickup truck operated by Donald Gourde, 49, of Rumford slid into a ditch on Eaton Hill Road and rolled on its side at 12:44 a.m. Nov. 4. Gourde was not injured; the truck sustained an estimated $2,000 in damage.

Mexico

• A deer was killed at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, when it entered Route 2 in Mexico. John Kezal, 75, of Rumford was driving his 1992 Chevrolet pickup truck west on the highway when the deer jumped in front of it. His vehicle sustained minor damage. Kezal was not hurt.

• A 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by Arthur Clifford of Rumford sustained about $3,500 damage when it was hit by an unknown vehicle sometime the night of Nov. 1. Michael Ricci of Osgood Avenue, Mexico, had parked the truck in front of a home on the avenue. The damage was discovered the next morning. Police have no leads on the hit-and-run driver.

Incidents
Mexico

• A dozen signs advocating a “yes” vote on Question 1 in Tuesday’s referendum were stolen from various streets in Mexico, including Roxbury Road, sometime the night of Nov. 2. Police Chief Jim Theriault said there are no leads in the incident.
