AUGUSTA – At the recent Maine Metal Products Association annual meeting, the membership elected four new members to the Board of Directors: Marty Arsenault, president, Howard Tool in Bangor; Dwayne Sanborn, HR manager/safety manager, Mid-State Machine Products Inc. in Winslow; Greg Harrison, director/material acquisition, Bath Iron Works in Bath; and TJ Tavares, legislative liaison, DECD in Augusta.

At the same meeting, the association presented several awards, which honor those members who have given their all for the industry.

• Special Service Award to Richard McCann of McCann Fabrication, New Gloucester, for outstanding customer service.

• MMPA Support Award to Bob Bernier of Advantage Gases & Tools, Lewiston, for helping over the past year with resources and promoting the growth and support of the association.
