Thanksgiving

KINGFIELD – The Rev. Marriott Churchill will lead a Thanksgiving and healing service on Thanksgiving eve at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at the Kingfield United Methodist Church.

The service is designed to offer Thanksgiving for God’s blessings during the past year. It will also recognize natural disasters during the year that have taken so many lives and brought pain and suffering to many thousands.

College workshop

WILTON – Adults considering college are welcome to attend a workshop, “The Essentials of College Planning,” to be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at the Wilton Career Center.
