FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is making plans for the 29th annual Chester Greenwood Day on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The parade will begin at the Mallett School at 11 a.m. Line-up will start at 10 a.m. and judging will take place at 10:30 a.m.

Following the raising of the Chester Greenwood flag at the Superior Court building, the chamber will serve cake and chili in the gazebo of Meeting House Park. There will be three cash prizes for this year’s winning chili entries.

The Titcomb House will be open with a Greenwood memorabilia display and the Historical Society will sell wreaths. The Festival of Trees will be held at the Granery during the day. The Polar Bear Club members will make their annual dip in Clearwater Lake around 3 p.m.
