PORTLAND – Jim Fitch of New Gloucester has named senior vice president at Woodard & Curran.

Fitch is a senior project manager with than more than 25 years of engineering experience in wastewater facility evaluations, discharge modeling, planning, design and construction of new and retrofitted facilities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering from the University of Maine. He has been with the firm for 16 years.
