LEWISTON – Kenneth J. Albert III has joined the law firm of Bonneau and Geismar as an associate. After admission to the Maine and Federal Bars in 2003, Albert practiced in the areas of civil and criminal litigation in Central Maine, but now intends to concentrate his practice primarily in health law.
A native of Maine, he graduated from Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1986. After serving in various clinical and administrative positions within the health-care arena, Albert returned to school and graduated from the University of Southern Maine, magna cum laude in 1999. He then attended the University of Maine School of Law, where he served as research and technology editor for the Maine Law Review, and was awarded his degree in 2003.
Albert has been honored by the American Bar Association for excellence in the study of health related law. He currently serves as a director on the boards of two local not-for-profit agencies, and is active in scouting as well as local youth sports organizations with his children.
Albert lives in Lewiston with his wife, Deana, and their two children, Kathryn and Nathan.
