LEWISTON – Daniel Hancock has been promoted to assistant vice president and business development officer by Northeast Bank. Hancock oversees the bank’s largest retail banking office, located in Brunswick.

Hancock, who has been with Northeast for three years, has more than six years experience in banking previously at Evergreen Credit Union and Gorham Savings Bank. In addition, he has more than 10 years teaching experience and is presently an instructor with the Northern New England Center for Financial Training and a board member.

Hancock attended Colby-Sawyer College in New London, N.H. He is active in several community organizations and is presently a loaned executive with the Mid Coast Chapter of the United Way. Hancock lives in Naples with his wife and family.
