WINOOSKI, Vt. (AP) – Police are investigating an incident over the weekend in which the mayor’s home was vandalized.

Someone shot BBs at Mayor Clem Bisonnette’s house around 9:30 a.m. Saturday, police said.

The high-powered air rifle left holes in the front picture windows and shutters of the mayor’s house, although there were no reports of injuries.

Bisonnette declined comment on the incident, but police say they believe his home was targeted by the vandal.
