WILTON – Franklin Grange 50 met on Nov. 12 at the hall, the last one there until spring. As of Dec. 10, everyone is welcome to join members at noon for a potluck lunch followed by a 1 p.m. meeting at a member’s home.

Brandon Bouchard was accepted as a new member and will take his degrees at a later date. Wynnefred Shephard thanked members for the recognition certificates presented to her for having 70 years of continuing membership. She shared memories of growing up in the grange. Member Eva Jewell has moved to Orchard Park Nursing Home.

Members are asking everyone to save can pull tabs and drop them off at the Wilton Public Safety Building or give them to a grange member, as once a year they are donated to the Shrine Hospital to assist in medical care or equipment.
