MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A 15-year-old boy was charged with setting a fire Tuesday that left 18 people homeless, police said.
Investigators said the fire started at the rear of the three-story building. No one was hurt. Damage was estimated at $12,000.
Police arrested the boy, who has been seen near the building. Because of his age, his identity was not released.
