Cantata
STRATTON – The Calvary Bible Church, Park Street, invites the public to attend the annual Christmas program at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. The church will present a Christmas cantata, “Then Jesus Came.”
The cantata includes original compositions and arrangements of Christmas music by Majesty Music, along with a drama set in a small town that will bring the meaning of Christmas to life. It will be performed by the young people and adults of the Calvary Bible Church. For more information or directions, call 246-4652 or 246-7895.
Senior theater
FARMINGTON – The UMF senior class will present a dessert mystery theater at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in the South Dining Hall, University of Maine at Farmington. Admission is $3, UMF students; $5, community. All proceeds will go toward the senior class banquet.
