Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Patrick Gallagher, 45, Rumford, warrant, 10:05 p.m. on Dec. 6. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Peter Gallant, 50, Rumford, warrant for failure to appear on a charge of domestic violence assault, 10:05 p.m. on Dec. 6. He was released on $97.50 cash bail.

• John Thompson, 58, Rumford, operating under the influence, 7:50 p.m. on Dec. 5. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Dec. 9, 12:20 p.m. – A 17-year-old Rumford youth was summoned for imprudent speed during Friday’s snowstorm after losing control of his 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee while driving on Somerset Street and crashing into a parked 1991 Ford car. Total damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,500.
