Concert canceled
LIVERMORE FALLS – The gospel group, the Campbells, have had to cancel their appearance scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 15, at the Livermore Falls Baptist Church. Patriarch of the group, Leo Campbell, was hospitalized last week and is still unable to perform the scheduled holiday concert.

TURNER – The Leavitt Area High School Thespians will present Rogers and Hammerstein’s “The King and I” in the auditorium at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14. It is being directed by Renee Davis. Tickets are students/seniors, $5; adults, $8. For tickets or information, call Penny Appleby at 225-4371.
