NORWAY – Agnes Eileen McGrath, 71, formerly of Oxford, died Friday morning, Dec 16, at the Norway Rehabilitation and Living Center.
She was born in Medford, Mass., on Oct. 13, 1934, the daughter of Edmud R. and Agnes Dyer McGrath. She graduated from Reading High School and worked as a bookeeper at Morin Brick, and in accounts receivable at Stephens Memorial Hospital.
She was a member of the Oxford County Extension and the Business and Professional Womens’ organization. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crafts.
Survivors include a son, Mark Thomas and his wife, Patti, of Oxford; a daughter, Maureen Spooner and her husband, Patrick, of Windham, N.H.; a brother, Edmund R. McGrath of Newburyport, Mass.; a sister, Roberta Gosselin of Wilmington, Mass.; a granddaughter, Melissa Morgan; and a great-granddaughter, Shyloe Morgan.
