OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – Mary Winnifred Fournier, 78, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Methodist Medical Center.

She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Oak Ridge, Tenn., and was very active with the White Elephant Ministry.

Survivors include a son, Michael Fournier of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; a daughter, Linda Doyon and husband, Daniel, of Minot; two brothers, James K. Gahagan and wife, Teresa, of Auburn, and the Rev. William H. Gahagan of Norris, Tenn.; grandchildren, Michael Fournier Jr. of Sabattus, Michael Derosier of Bangor, Kathy Tremblay of Lewiston and Selina Tardif of Poland; great-grandchildren, Christina Tremblay of Minot, Chase Tremblay of Pueblo, Colo., and Christopher and Raelynn Derosier of Minot; very special friends, Teri and Brian Ferguson of Jonesborough, Tenn., and Bob and Billie George of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; and many other special friends whom she cherished.

She was predeceased by her husband, Allen L. Fournier, who was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in World War II; her parents, John T. and Winnifred Kearns Gahagan; and brother, John T. Gahagan Jr.
