JAY – St. Rose of Lima Circle 677, Daughters of Isabella, held a Christmas party at LaFleur’s Restaurant on Dec. 6 with a large attendance.

Among those attending was the Rev. Roger Chabot, pastor of St. Rose of Lima Church, Jay, and St. Joseph’s Church. Farmington. He gave the blessing before dinner.

Sheet music was distributed for a sing-along after the meal. Louise Parker provided the the Christmas music.

Raffle tickets were sold for a stuffed moose won by Shirley Turmel and a snowman plaque won by Allison Frechette.

After the music, gifts were exchanged and passed out by Santa’s helpers, Dianne Maurais, Jackie Castonguay and Laurie Gagnepain.
