WATERVILLE – Jeffrey C. Brown, 55, of Cushman Road, Winslow, died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 22, at MaineGeneral Medical Center’s Thayer Unit.

He was born in Lewiston on Nov. 28, 1950, the son of Richard and Patricia (Sands) Brown. Jeffrey graduated from Edward Little High School, Class of 1969, and then joined the U.S. Air Force.

He was most recently employed at Standard Electric in the sales department.

He was previously a member of High Street Congregational Church and also a member of Trout Unlimited. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fly fish and kayak. He also loved his Red Sox and Raiders. He was best known for the love he had for his two sons and was a loving brother with a big heart. Everyone who knew Jeff loved his unique sense of humor.

He leaves his dad, Richard Brown of Auburn; two sons, Mathew Brown and his companion, Michelle Roberge of Florida and Jason Brown and his wife, Lisa, of South Carolina; his companion of eight years, Betty Ferland of Winslow and her three children, Sean Cote of New Hampshire, Tanya Johnson and her husband, Mark, of Massachusets and Joshua Moss of Winslow; four grandchildren, Taylor and Devin Belding of South Carolina, Cori Cote of Waterville and Liam Johnson of Massachusetts; two sisters, Melissa Brown of Lewiston and Jennifer Upson and her husband, Bob, of Vermont.

He was predeceased by his mother, Patricia Brown.
