RUMFORD – A Memorial Mass for Emmeline “Emmy” Murphy was celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, at St. Athanasius and St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo Levasseur was the celebrant. Mark Belanger was the organist. Special music selections were “Lord of the Dance,” “Amazing Grace” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” Readers were Brandon Gorham and Christopher Symington. Gift bearers were Sean Murphy and Hanson and Addy Gorham. The eulogy was given by Joseph Gorham. Pallbearers were Christopher Gorham, Kelly Gorham, Patrick Gorham and Mark Gorham. A reception followed at Teena’s restaurant.
