I am writing to complain about the disgraceful way the city of Lewiston has been cleaning the sidewalks.

I live on Oak Street and cannot even get to Victor News, the sidewalk on Park Street in front of Courthouse Plaza is so bad that I cannot get my wheelchair to move on it. It is a disgrace for this to happen. There is snow and ice all over it.

Where does our tax money go? The city tells us that landlords are responsible for cleaning the sidewalks. This is city property. Who is to blame now?
