The following are to be arraigned on Feb. 7, 2006, in Rumford District Court:

• Ashley Fletcher, 20, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor, 12:25 a.m. Dec. 29 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Stephanie Vicars, 20, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor and possession of alcohol by a minor, 12:25 a.m. Dec. 29 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Dana Mckeen, 20, Canton, violation of conditions of release and two warrants for failure to appear on charges of operating under the influence, 12:20 a.m. Dec. 29 on Cumberland Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Christopher P. Lord, 31, Rumford, warrant for failure to appear on charge of disorderly conduct, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 28 on River Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Lucia A. Hastings, 41, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 11:30 p.m. Dec. 27 on Waldo Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Yaicha Provencher, 21, Rumford, domestic violence, 9:40 p.m. Dec. 26 on Oxford Avenue. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Daniel J. Richards, 23, Rumford, operating under the influence, 4:05 a.m. Dec. 24 on Route 2. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Matthew P. Parise, 25, Key West, Fla., operating under the influence, 12:47 a.m. Dec. 23 on Route 108. He was released on $2,000 surety bail.

• Alesha Johnson, 23, Rumford, domestic terrorizing, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana, 10:39 p.m. Dec. 20 on Erchles Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Joseph Messinese, 42, Redlands, Calif., state police warrant out of Portland District Court for failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 7:27 p.m. Dec. 20 on Hillside Avenue. He was released on $310 cash bail.

• Christopher E. LeClair, 27, Rumford, warrant for failure to appear on charge of theft, 2:32 p.m. Dec. 20 on Congress Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Jody L. Harnden, 26, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:26 a.m. Dec. 20 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Adam Hughes, 29, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 6:55 p.m. Dec. 19 on Waldo Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Michael P. Moore, 21, Rumford, Lewiston District Court warrant for unpaid fines, 11:18 a.m. Dec. 17 on Essex Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Mexico

• Eric Marston, 31, of Angie Lane, Mexico, on a charge of domestic assault, at 8:30 p.m., Dec. 20, at Angie Lane. He was transported to Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Feb. 7.

• Nicholas Haskell, 19, of Wyman Hill Road, Rumford, on charges of operating an ATV on a public way and failure to stop for a police officer, at 11:35 a.m., Dec. 26. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Feb. 7.

• Katie Gurney, 21, of Roxbury Road, Mexico, on a charge of operating an ATV on a public way, at 11:35 a.m., Dec. 26. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Feb. 7.
