AUBURN – Memorial services were held Friday afternoon from the memorial chapel of Dillingham & Son for William “Buster” Nickerson of Greene, who died on Dec. 24.

Pastor Lloyd Waterhouse presided over the service. The U.S. Marine Corps honor guard played “Taps” and presented our country’s flag to Buster’s son, William Nickerson.

Also, a large delegation from the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department, led by Sheriff Ronald Gagnon, were present for services.
