LEWISTON – The Franco-American Heritage Center announces the 10th anniversary presentation of the award winning production of “Lewiston – A New Home – in Concert,” made possible through a $10,000 gift from Androscoggin Bank.

The contribution will cover the entire cost of the production, making it possible for the center to realize the profit from all ticket sales.

The proceeds will go toward the expenses of equipment and renovations and help put the finishing touches on the new performance hall.

The anniversary presentation of the musical, which celebrates Lewiston’s Bicentennial in 1995, will have performances: 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Jan. 13 and 14, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, at the center, 46 Cedar St.

Tickets in advance are $10 and at the door they are $12. They may be purchased at any Androscoggin Bank and Hannaford supermarkets in Lewiston-Auburn and Victor News, Park Street. Everyone is invited to join the “New Home” singers and the Colin Britt Orchestra.

It is the second $10,000 contribution toward restoration of the former St. Mary’s Church that Androscoggin Bank has made.
