PORTLAND – Attorneys Charles P. Bacall and Kevin R. Haley will lead a panel discussion on trademarks, hosted by the Center for Law and Innovation and the Maine Patent Program. Issues to be discussed include: the importance of choosing a strong trademark when developing a brand strategy for products or services, protecting a trademark through registration, the proper use of trademarks and the delicate process of trademark licensing.
