Auburn

• Michelle Gilbert, 24, 393 Center St., Auburn, at that address at 1:36 a.m. Sunday, charged with domestic violence assault.

• Dale Eldridge, 32, 7478 Town Hill Road, New Gloucester, at Center Street and Minot Avenue at 9:32 p.m. Saturday, charged with operating after suspension as a habitual offender.

• Roger Clark, 24, 289 Turner St., Auburn, at that address at 2:48 p.m. Saturday, charged with domestic violence assault.

Androscoggin County

• Daniel P. Malcolm, 170 Elm St., Mechanic Falls, on Verrill Road, Minot, at 9 p.m. Saturday, charged with operating under the influence.

• Jeffrey P. Kendall, 97 Shaw Hill Road, Minot, at 710 Hatch Road, Auburn, at 2:08 p.m. Sunday, charged with domestic violence assault.

Accidents
Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Charles Eaton, 60, Raymond, N.H., and Suzanne Lawrence, 42, Auburn, collided on Washington Street northbound at Roy’s Allsteak Hamburgers at 11:23 a.m. Sunday. Damage to Eaton’s 1998 Ford wagon was estimated at $2,000; to Lawrence’s 2000 Pontiac van, $3,000, and to a parked 2005 Kia van owned by Robert Chase, 32, of Auburn, $1,000.

• Vehicles driven by Bruce Gerrity, 52, Manchester; and Caitlin Bochtler, 18, Turner, collided at 5:06 p.m. Saturday at the Center Street entrance to K-mart. Damage to Gerrity’s 1999 GMC van was estimated at $2,000; to Bochtler’s 1996 Volkswagen 4-door, $1,500.

• A 1994 Ford 2-door driven by Linda Mayle, 41, Minot, went off Center Street near K&R auto, struck a utility pole, climbed an embankment then came back down into the road at 12:01 a.m. Sunday. Damage was estimated at $5,000. Mayle was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries to a knee, her left hand and her chest.
