LEWISTON – Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care was the beneficiary of a donation from the Cavalier Club, a nonprofit organization that raises money for scholarships by sponsoring bingo.
Patrons of the Cavalier Club, as well as the club itself, donated the gifts and toys. Approximately 30 gifts were donated to the children of Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care.
“Thank you to the Cavalier Club, Norm Dubois, president, and Dick Laliberte, bingo manager,” said Estelle Rubinstein, executive director of Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care. “The children and families appreciate your generosity. Thank you for caring.”
