AUBURN – Pottle Hill recently hired Tracy L. Hall to fill the position of program coordinator at the organization’s Pottle Works facility in Mechanic Falls.

She is responsible for developing, monitoring and implementing individual plans for people served; internal and external coordination of communications, activities, planning and logistical arrangements; facilitating meetings for consumer services; daily planning and scheduling and supervising direct service staff; and advocating for individuals served.

Prior to joining Pottle Hill, Hall worked at the Progress Center in Norway for several years where she held a variety of positions including direct care, human resources and fundraising. She also worked for C. N. Brown and worked at a long-term care facility where she provided direct care for a patient with mental retardation.
