Michael O. Abbott, 30, Biddeford, driving while license suspended or revoked July 30 in Washington Township. Fined $600.

Michael O. Abbott, 30, Biddeford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 30 in Washington Township. Case dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana July 30 in Washington Township, fined $350.

Rebecca L. Abbott, 41, Farmington, violating condition of release Nov. 13 in Farmington. Sentenced for 15 days.

Rebecca L. Abbott, 41, Madison, endangering the welfare of a child June 11 in Madison. All but nine days of a 364-day sentence was suspended, and she was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor June 11 in Madison, she was sentenced for 15 days.

Brent T. Adams, 31, Phillips, burglary, Nov. 28 in Phillips. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Richard R. Adams, 20, West Farmington, terrorizing Jan. 26, 2005, in Farmington. A 30-day sentence was suspended.

Daniel S. Allen, 21, Wilton, criminal mischief Oct. 8 in Farmington. Fined $500. A charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Oct. 8 in Farmington was dismissed.

Eugene M. Burnell, 23, Temple, driving to endanger July 29 in Farmington. Fined $575 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Kayla C. Butcher, 19, Turner, being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 8 in Farmington. Fined $200.

Leonard H. Byron, 52, Jay, assault May 15 in Jay. Sentenced for 14 days and probation partially revoked.

Craig Cowper, 27, Stratton, criminal threatening, two charges assault, obstructing reporting of a crime, endangering the welfare of a child, violating condition of release Oct. 8 in Stratton. All charges transferred to Superior Court.

Elizabeth M. Cowper, 30, Stratton, kindling fire without a permit July 28 in Jim Pond Twp. Fined $100.

Jason C. Cox, 20, Farmington, two counts aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs Dec. 9 in Farmington. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Shane Crommett, 35, Vassalboro, illegal placing of bear bait Aug. 29 in Chain of Ponds Twp. Fined $100.

Kevin Crute, 24, Cushing, stalking Jan. 23 in Kingfield. Sentenced for 88 days and probation partially revoked.

Keelin M. Cyr, 18, Farmington, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor Aug. 27 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Travis K. Cyr, 20, Rumford, possession of marijuana Oct. 19 in Rangeley. Fined $350.
