Eric J. Smith, 31, Norway, unpaid fines and fees for operating without a license, attaching false plates, Jan. 15, Norway police, $390 cash bail.

Jason C. York, 24, Bethel, violating bail conditions, Jan. 14, Bethel police, no bail allowed.

David P. Copeland, 44, Mexico, probation violation, Jan. 14, Rumford police, no bail allowed.
