LEBANON, Pa. – Gloria Hiscock Brown passed away Dec. 30, peacefully at her home with her son, Douglas, holding her hand.

She was born Oct. 10, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Asa and Lottie Ranger Hiscock of Livermore. She attended Livermore schools and graduated from Leavitt Institute and then attended and graduated from Berkshire Christian College, where she sang in the Carter Trio, traveling to churches.

She married Troyce Brown in San Francisco, Calif. in 1946. They had a son, Douglas, a daughter, Laurie and granddaughter, Chelsea.

She worked many years for Olin Mills Studios, traveling in New England. She moved to Lebanon, Pa., where she managed a large housing complex for many years.

She was a great prayer warrior and these last years taught a senior Bible class.

Survivors include her husband; her children; a brother, Paul of Natick, Mass.; and sisters, Millie Hamblin of Livermore, Ruth Hiltz of Lewiston, Alta Rogers of Auburn and Betty Decoster of Minot.

She was predeceased by her parents, a sisters, Edith Payeur of Livermore and Violet Emerson of Auburn and brothers, Burt Hiscock of Livermore, Carl Hiscock of Livermore and Merle Hiscock of Lewiston.
