PARIS – The Oxford Hills AARP group is still accepting sign-ups for a sugar shack party and tour of Quebec City, April 5 to 7. The Hotel Palace Royal, which has a garden atrium with swimming pool, is near Old Quebec City, shopping and restaurants.

A bus tour of the city will be followed by an evening dinner at L’Astral, a revolving restaurant above the city. The second day will include a guided tour of the Chateau Frontenac with the rest of the day free. That evening there will be a traditional Canadian sugar shack party.

On the third day there will be a visit to St. Anne de Beaupre and Montmorency Falls before heading home. The cost is $330/pp double.

To enter Canada and return home again, two proofs of citizenship will be needed – a driver’s license or photo ID and a birth certificate with raised seal or a passport.

Call Henrietta 743-6722 to reserve a seat and send a $50 deposit for each person to Walter Taft, 1024 Gore Rd., Otisfield, ME 04270. The final payment is due Feb. 20.
