SABATTUS – A reception celebrating the marriage of Cassandra Gauthier to PFC Fred “Joey” Patnode was held on Dec. 11, at Mixers in Sabattus.

The couple was married in Florida on Feb. 25, before the bridegroom left to serve in Iraq. He returned home in November and the reception was held to celebrate their new beginning.

The hall was decorated in white and green and a buffet luncheon with cake was served.

They reside at Fort Bragg, N.C.
