Matthew Luce, 34, was charged with felony theft, and misdemeanor crimes of criminal threatening and criminal trespass, according to Franklin County Detective David St. Laurent.

Deputy David Rackliffe arrested Luce at a residence on Streeter Street.

According to St. Laurent, the charges stemmed from an incident here Friday, where Luce allegedly entered a family member’s home without permission, verbally threatened that person with personal injury, and took a snowmobile from the garage to elude police.
