LEWISTON – Alma E. Bolduc, 86, died Friday, Jan. 27, at Marshwood Center for Health Care and Rehabilitation after a long illness.

Born in Lewiston on Sept. 25, 1919, she was the daughter of Alfred and Edith (Pinette) Grondin. She was educated in Lewiston schools and had been a resident of this community all her life.

On May 5, 1941, she married Ralph P. Bolduc, who predeceased her on Nov. 17, 1991.

She worked in the local shoe industry as a floor supervisor before her retirement.

Alma was a member of St. Joseph’s Church.

She loved dancing, playing cards and knitting.

She is survived by one daughter, Janet Bolduc, of Lewiston; two grandchildren, Robert Boice of Nevada, and Sherri Greene of Alberta, Canada; five great-grandchildren, Tammy, Tiffany, Ashley, Alison and Douglas.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by three brothers, Ernest, Daniel and Romeo; and six sisters, Bertha, Irene, Yvonne, Cecile, Theresa and Jeannette.
