What is all the flap about our government listening in on phone calls in this country to possible terrorists in other countries?
I, for one, want my country to monitor those calls and deflect possible terrorist attacks.
The screams of privacy rights from the left are laughable. We have all seen and heard many phone conversations in the grocery aisle; no privacy there. Cell phone conversations are overheard wherever we go. Whether we want to hear them or not, we are subjected to – supposedly – private conversations daily. And these people are probably the ones doing all the screaming.
Anyone with a basic knowledge of the Internet knows that anyone and everyone has access to personal information on anyone that has ever used the Internet. Believe me, there is no privacy anymore.
I also could care less if the government wants to check at the library to see what books I’m reading.
If the government can use this and any other information to stop another 9/11, I am all for it. I have nothing to hide.
