Lewiston – Clarice Bourgoin, 92, formerly of Blake Street Towers, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, at St. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion with her family by her side.

She was born in Fort Kent on April 10, 1913, the daughter of Honore and Malvina (Pelletier) Hebert. She has been a resident of this community since 1949. On Oct. 29, 1929, she married Fortuna Bourgoin, who died on Aug. 19, 1991.

She was a member of Ladies of St. Anne and former member of St. Mary’s Parish. She was a devoted housewife and mother.

She is survived by four daughters, Anita Libby of Lewiston, Sylvia Tancrel of Hooksett, N.H., Jeannette and her husband, Roland St. Amand, of Sabattus, and Marie and her husband, Gerard Lebrun, of Lewiston; two sons, Roger and his wife, Sarah Bourgoin and Daniel and his wife, Carol Bourgoin, all of Durham; 31 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two daughters, Diane Bean and Linda Bourgoin; five brothers, Joseph, Emile, Ozmine, Clarence and Hilaire Hebert; and two sisters, Aurore Bourgoin and Emily Thibodeau.
