RUMFORD – The River Valley Technology Center, the River Valley Growth Council and the River Valley Chamber of Commerce present a new series of business lunch and learn seminars. The second in a series of six will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at the River Valley Technology Center on 60 Lowell St.

The topic will be “Business Planning – Part II” to be presented by Bob Kasputas. He is center director for Maine Small Business Development Center at Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments in Auburn. He has experience in business management as well as business ownership.
