FARMINGTON – A story in Friday’s Franklin edition about a selectmen’s meeting referred to a growth in income of Farmington residents. The reference should have been growth in income of all Maine residents. The reference to state rules capping municipal budget increases to 1 percent was incorrect. The cap is 6.99 percent.
