LEWISTON – Rita Ouellette was named Employee of the Year for 2005 at Ste. Croix Regional Federal Credit Union’s awards banquet.

She is the accounting and data processing clerk. Employed with the credit union since 2000, she oversees all accounting operations, balancing general ledger accounts, investments, accounts payable and wire transfers.

She also participates in Ste. Croix’s Monty Moose Book Buddy Program, staff members that read to the children at Head Start on a weekly basis. She also supports and participates in fundraising efforts for local organizations and events.
