HALLOWELL – Folk singer and songwriter Cindy Kallet will perform at 8:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at Slates Restaurant.

Kallet is a nationally touring folk musician who’s been writing music and playing guitar since she was 11. She has released five solo albums.

She also has built a fan base of audiences of all ages and occupations.

She is known for her heartfelt singing, honest and intelligent songwriting and quietly outrageous humor.

Her passion for the folk tradition is deeply personal and challenges listeners to draw their own individual connections with the music.
