LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce’s new board chairman, Bud Willey, of Canteen Services is the featured guest on the February episode of “Chip and the Chamber.”

Every year, the chamber prepares an action plan with a budget which is submitted to the board for approval. Willey contributed to the plan and talks about what’s coming up in 2006 for local businesses and the community.

“Chip and The Chamber” is filmed at Great Falls TV in Auburn, which broadcasts it Wednesdays at 9 p.m. and Saturdays at 5 p.m. The program is also shown on Norway-Paris Cable TV and WGLT TV7 Greene Local Access Channel serving Greene, Leeds, Wales and Turner. Chamber President Chip Morrison and co-host Toni Seger will also talk about upcoming events, including the “Not Your Normal Formal,” a major fundraiser for the chamber, which is scheduled for April 28. There’s also a Business After Hours on Feb. 23 at Gritty’s Brew Pub on Main Street in Auburn.
