DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – Powerball fever is spreading cross-country, now that the estimated jackpot for tonight’s drawing is more than $300 million.

No one matched all six numbers Saturday for the $251.5 million jackpot.

Nine tickets, however, hit the first five numbers for $200,000 each in New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri and South Carolina.

The New Hampshire $200,000 ticket was sold at the Route 108 General Store in Newton.

Powerball, created in 1992, is played in more than 25 states.
