LEWISTON – Eglantine “Connie” Beaule, 77, of Lewiston, died early Wednesday morning, Feb. 15, at d’Youville Pavilion surrounded by her family, after living with Parkinson’s disease for many years.

She was born in Lewiston on May 20, 1928, a daughter of Alphonse and Oseline (Cloutier) Marchand and attended Lewiston schools.

She married Leo J. Beaule on Sept. 8, 1951. They settled in Lewiston and remained lifelong residents of this community.

She retired from G.E. after 21 years of exemplary service and proceeded to spend all her time with the love of her life, Leo, and her six children and the ensuing grandchildren.

She was a member of Holy Family Church.

She loved going to the ocean and also loved spending time with her family at the camp that she and her husband built themselves up in the Forks. Her family was her life. She was a very devoted wife and mother who always dedicated herself to her family and gave so much of herself to them. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Leo Beaule of Lewiston; five sons, Mark Beaule and Kathryn Stowe of Greene, Tim Beaule and wife, Kathryn, of Mechanic Falls, Brian Beaule and wife, Sue, of Sabattus, David Beaule and wife, Anita, of Kansas, and Rory Beaule and wife, Monique, of Greene; a daughter, Kathleen Bergeron and husband, Rick, of Monmouth; 10 grandchildren, Sarah Beaule, Amelia and Luke Beaule, Nick and Kaitlyn Beaule, Eden and Morgan Bergeron and Curtis, Matthew and Monica Beaule; two great-grandchildren, Jade and Luke Beaule; two sisters, Arlene Lepage and husband, Andy, and Rolande Beaule and husband, Roger, both of Lewiston; and a brother, Glorio Marchand of Lewiston.
