RUMFORD – The following arrests were recorded by the Rumford Police Department. Unless otherwise noted, the people are to be arraigned on April 4 in Rumford District Court:

• Joseph Downs, 28, Rumford, failure to register as sex offender or update information, 11:20 a.m. Feb. 15 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Todd R. Glover, 32, Rumford, domestic assault, 8:25 a.m. Feb. 15 on Somerset Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Richard B. Stickney, 23, Rumford, probation violation, domestic assault, and obstructing the report of a crime or injury, 12:50 p.m. in Mexico. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• William Hastings, 28, Rumford, warrant for failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 2:15 a.m. Feb. 11. He was taken to Oxford County Jail. A court date has yet to be set.

• Duane B. Jenkins, 34, Hyde Park, Mass., operating under the influence, 1:30 a.m. Feb. 8 on Route 2. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Elida A. Jones, 43, Rumford, operating after suspension, 12:45 a.m. Feb. 7 on Franklin Street. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Thomas J. Gilbert, 36, Rumford, domestic assault, 10:18 p.m. Feb. 4 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail, and is to be arraigned on March 7.

• Natasha M. Massey, 21, of Chelsea, theft of makeup from Rite-Aid, 3:30 p.m. Feb. 8, released on personal recognizance bail; operating under the influence on Route 2, Feb. 8, released on $800 unsecured bail.
