FARMINGTON – Susan May Cabe, 46, of Chesterville, died Wednesday evening, Feb. 15, at Franklin Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 25, 1959, in Detroit, Mich., a daughter of the late Alvin Clarence Cabe and Eleanor Frances Cabe Neuman. Susan graduated from high school in Bridgewater, Mass., in 1977.

She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, swimming, knitting and especially spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by her faithful dog, Molly.

In addition to her mother of Strong, she is survived by a daughter, Kristin Rackliffe, and her husband, Michael, of Strong; two grandchildren, Taylor and Christopher Rackliffe of Strong; her companion for more than 14 years, Timothy Smith of Chesterville; a sister, Debra Romanoski and her husband, Troy, of Strong; a brother, Ronald Cabe and his companion, Sherri Buck, of Strong; nieces and nephews, Katelyn and Ronal Cabe and Jaimi Buck; and special friend, Theresa Skinner of Massachusetts.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Cabe.
