BOOTHBAY HARBOR – Catherine L. “Kitty” Seader, a resident of St. Andrews Village, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, at St. Andrew’s Hospital.
She is survived by a niece, Jean Ness and her husband, Norman, of Auburn.
