DIXFIELD – A new owner for the former BC’s convenience store and restaurant plans to reopen in a couple of weeks as Hunter’s Restaurant.
The former owners Edward (Butch) and Ellen Carey sold the property on Feb. 3 to Brian O’Keefe of Chelmsford, Mass. BC’s closed their doors two years ago due to the failing health of both Careys.
The new restaurant, named after O’Keefe’s dog, will specialize in serving breakfast, pizzas and subs. Managing the restaurant will be Regene Coulombe.
The restaurant is located at 60 Weld St.
