BERLIN, N.H. – The Coos County Family Health Services board of directors is seeking nominations for the Sylvia Evans Citizenship Award, presented annually to a woman in the community who has made an outstanding contribution to the quality of life and well being of women and families in the North Country.
Any group or individual wishing to make a nomination may do so by sending a written description of the nominee’s contributions, with an emphasis on volunteer activities, along with the nominee’s name, address and telephone number to: Coos County Family Health Services, Attn: Sylvia Evans Award Committee, 54 Willow St., Berlin, N.H. 03570. The deadline is March 6.
